A Next Generation SaaS Payment System
My role: UI/UX Design, Design System, Prototyping, React
Gila, LLC — a subsidiary of Navient Corporation, doing business as Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) — was looking to redefine their 1.0 payment platform into the next generation of payment systems for municipalities and their constituents. I was responsible for product research, branding, marketing, design and development in close accordance with executive-level decision makers, project managers and a development team, backed by an extensive design system. This new design system was key in rapid prototyping and in component-based development of the scaffolding behind the new SaaS 2.0 platform.
